Taxis are available on the spot, and fair rates are clearly posted in the arrivals area. The taxi drivers in Barbados are welcoming and will make your experience as smooth as possible.
If you prefer a pre-arranged pick-up, contact us at least 24 hours in advance via our mobile form below, and a staff member will take you safely to the door of your studio or cottage. They can also show you the entrance to our Beach Club Membership and the way to the nearest supermarket.
For urgent rides, such as returning from a restaurant, we recommend using the Barbados PickUP app. But, if you want to avoid tourist prices, plan ahead and use our in-house service for other private transportation needs.

Barbados has a new ride app called PickUP Barbados, our own version of Uber, designed just for our island paradise. You can download the app here. With PickUP Barbados, you can easily get quotes and connect with local drivers while enjoying your holiday.
When it comes to airport transportation, no need to stress or pre-arrange anything. Taxis are available right at the airport, organized and ready for you. For a smooth arrival at your studio or cottage, consider our more affordable in-house transfer service. PickUP pricing is typically higher but is more readily available for last-minute planning.

Rest assured that Holetown in Barbados is considered a safe and welcoming little town to roam around. In fact, it's one of the safest areas on the island! Barbados takes great pride in ensuring that our island remains a haven of tranquility and a welcoming home away from home.
While we always recommend taking the same precautions you would in any city, especially at night, there's no need to worry. During the day, you'll see many locals and visitors strolling around the charming neighborhood, and the area boasts plenty of dining options that offer a vibrant and lively atmosphere for you to enjoy while feeling safe.
To help ensure your personal safety while exploring at night, we suggest taking taxis or walking in pairs to avoid unwanted attention. By being aware of your surroundings and personal belongings, you'll help mitigate potential risks and enjoy your time in Holetown fully. Plus, the proximity of a police station in the area adds an extra layer of security to put your mind at ease.
