And now, after closing their doors for a brief period, they've reopened with a fresh, new look that's as stunning as their dishes. Don't forget to check out their dress code.
In 2023, The Cliff launched one of the most beautiful and elegant bakeries in Barbados, Cafe de Paris, and if you're staying at Sea Salt Studios, you're in luck because it's just a short walk away, attached to the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre in Holetown.

Insider Tips for
Dining on the West Coast
First things first, if you want to secure a spot at the most popular restaurants (and trust us, they're worth it!), it's best to make your reservations online directly with the restaurant well in advance. Last year, these hotspots were booking up to three weeks ahead, and during the winter season, walk-ins were not given tables. Barbados is a gem of a destination, attracting more visitors than there are restaurants, so planning ahead is key!
Now, you may be wondering why some restaurants ask for a credit card when making reservations. Well, it's simply to ensure that everyone honours their bookings at these exclusive places. They want to make sure you get to savor every delicious bite and enjoy the warm hospitality they're known for. Rest assured, all arrangements are made directly with the restaurants themselves, so you'll be in good hands.
When making your reservations, please remember to provide your own telephone number (not ours!). We want to make sure you have direct communication with the restaurant so that they can attend to your needs promptly and personally.
Here's a little insider tip: since the sun sets before 6pm, we highly recommend planning a pre-dinner cocktail between 5-6pm. This way, you can soak in the breathtaking beauty of the sunset along Barbados' stunning west coast. Trust us, it's a view you won't want to miss!
To avoid any surprises when it comes to your bill, we suggest checking out the restaurant's menus online ahead of time. This way, you can get a sense of their offerings and prices, ensuring you have a delightful dining experience that aligns with your preferences.
One final thing to keep in mind, my friends: mosquitos can be pesky little creatures, particularly during dinner time. So, consider bringing some mosquito spray for your ankles, as they can sometimes sneak up under the dark tables. We want you to be able to savor every bite without any unwanted interruptions.
At Sea Salt Studios, we want your dining experiences in Barbados to be nothing short of extraordinary. So, cheers to delicious adventures and unforgettable moments!
